February Half-Term Sports Camps Report

Blackpool FC Community Trust successfully delivered its February half-term Sports Camps last week.

The Trust delivered Sports Camps at Hawes Side Academy and Unity Academy and over 130 children attended.

The Trust offer qualified coaching in a fun, safe and supportive environment at an affordable price whilst delivering daily football sessions as well as multi-sport activities such as handball, netball, dodgeball, SAQ (Speed, Agility & Quickness), quick cricket, rounders and basketball. There are also weekly competitions to win signed Blackpool FC prizes. 

Sports Camps Coordinator Marc Joseph was delighted with the amount of children who attended and heard nothing but positive feedback from parents. Marc said, “Our Camps provide parents/guardians with the opportunity to send their children to a safe environment, for a cheap price whilst having a fantastic time with other children. We deliver fun and unique activities all day.”

Jo Groves, who sends her children to Camps praised Blackpool FC Community Trust for their fantastic work. Jo said, “My boys love it here! The coaches are fantastic and set up loads of activities to suit everyone, it’s so good to be able to go to work knowing my boys are being looked after, they are having a great time, never get bored and always look forward to going back – big thanks to MJ and the team, you really make the holidays easier and enjoyable.”
